Unlocking the true value of off-market land. We follow a simple seven step process:
Make contact with the landowner of off-market land;
Assess site viability with sophisticated software, planning consultants and architects;
Offer and sign a purchase option agreement with the landowner. All costs covered by Elevate Land;
Submit a planning application;
Successful planning approval and our client’s payday;
Chosen developer commences the build.
For land which has already gained the benefit of planning permission, we can find a suitable developer to build out your site.

Property Investment
We have completed Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accredited professional training in property investment, equipping us with best practice knowledge across a range of proven property investment strategies. Our network includes experienced property investor mentors with established, multi-million-pound portfolios.
Our current property investment strategy focuses on the Serviced Accommodation market in the South West, primarily Bath and Bristol.
My Story.
Hello!
I’m Zoe. Growing up on an arable farm in Somerset, land has been an intrinsic part of my heritage. My upbringing was shaped by both the practical and pastoral aspects of rural life - from mucking out stables and riding alongside my father on his combine harvester, to engaging with guests at our family’s thriving Bed and Breakfast, where I developed an early appreciation for hospitality and the commercial facets of agricultural enterprise and Serviced Accommodation.
Realising the value of land and property, I purchased my first flat in London aged 24 and completed my first full renovation project, increasing its value by 48%. However the draw of corporate life was too enticing and I went on to qualify as a solicitor, working at a Big 4 Professional Services firm in London for 10 years. Following a relocation to Bath to start a family, I built a successful Serviced Accommodation portfolio with a Joint Venture partner. After establishing a property based business, expanding into land was the natural next step in my strategic growth - leading to the creation of Elevate Land.
